Pets are usually welcome on board, but must be approved in advance of booking.

Are pets allowed on board?

Luggage is subject to weight, size, and operational limitations to ensure the safety of each flight. 

You can usually bring at least 50 lbs of luggage per person in bags that meet airline carry-on sizing limitations. 

Any luggage more than 50 lbs per person and any unusual or oversize luggage (including skis, snowboards, and golf clubs) must be approved in advance of booking or may not be accepted. Any luggage brought to the airport that cannot fit safely on board the aircraft can be shipped to your destination (if services are available), billed at cost.

Hazardous materials may not be brought on board the aircraft. Firearms and/or ammunition can be transported in certain circumstances, but must be approved in advance of booking and must be transported in compliance with TSA regulations.

How much luggage can we bring? Are there restrictions on what we can bring?

Pricing is all-inclusive with the exception of (a) any in-flight dining/beverage or ground transportation requests, (b) hangar and de-icing fees, (c) after hours fees at FBOs, and (d) international wifi. 

If you'd like us to arrange inflight dining/beverages and/or ground transportation, we'd be happy to do so and will bill at cost. 

Hangar and/or de-icing fees are not included in pricing and will be billed as incurred if required for safe winter weather operations. 

After hours fees at FBOs are not included in quote and will be billed as incurred if required based on the requested departure time.

International wifi (i.e. satellite based wifi for coverage outside of the continental US) is not included and will be billed at cost if used.

What is included / not included in charter pricing?

You can choose any departure time you'd like!

Redeye flights and departure times between 10pm and 6am are subject to approval after booking and may incur extra costs. If extra cost would be incurred, you will be notified and will be given the choice to accept the extra cost or cancel the trip without penalty.
