Right between San Francisco and Los Angeles in San Luis Obispo County is the beautiful town of Paso Robles, CA. Along with the wineries and vineyards in Paso Robles, there are also a whole lot of outdoor activities and excitement. If you're interested in fun on the water, 18-mile long Lake Nacimiento has excellent fishing, waterskiing, wakeboarding and jet skiing. The area is also full of hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing, all in the golden hills and mountains of the Central Coast. The beautiful Pacific coast is not far from Paso Robles and it's a perfect place to cool off during the warm summers. Morro Bay, just about 25 minutes away has wonderful seafood restaurants and quaint shops with the famous Morro Rock as a backdrop.
